Description

• The eight month EQLevels program is made up of two workshops, a range of  EQi 2.0 emotional intelligence assessments, personalised coaching, and e-learning training modules. 
• We use the analogy of a thriving business to that of a ‘healthy functioning body’.
• The first part of the program, the EQ Leader Essentials workshop, is aimed at business owners and others in leadership roles, is likened to ‘the head of the body’, providing vision, direction and instruction.
• The second ‘part’ of the program EQ Employee Impact, (not a workshop) targets developing other key individuals in the business, is likened to the ‘organs of the body’ that perform specific roles and responsibilities, and without them a ‘healthy body’ simply cannot function.
• The second workshop, EQ Team Synergy, bringing leaders and team members together, is likened to an integrated ‘healthy functioning body’.
• EQ Leader Essentials, EQ Employee Impact and EQ Team Synergy all build on each other and have been designed to be completed in sequence.
• Workshops are either held at training centres in capital cities, virtually or by request bespoke in-practice training is also available.
