EQLevels Accelerator Program Details

Program duration and delivery: 12 months. In-practice or virtual.

  • The 12 month intensive EQLevels Accelerator Program is made up of 4 components: two workshops, EQ assessments, personalised coaching, webinars and an interactive action plan system.

Program philosophy: “A Thriving Team is Like a Healthy Functioning Body”.

  • ‘A healthy functioning body’. We use the analogy of ‘a healthy functioning body’ to that of a thriving and dynamic business.
  • The EQ Leader Essentials workshop, aimed at business owners and others in leadership roles, is likened to ‘the head of the body’, providing vision, direction and instruction.
  • EQ Individual Impact, (not a workshop but uses EQ assessment and directed activities on our e-learning platform) targets developing other key team members in the business, is likened to the ‘organs of the body’ that perform specific roles and responsibilities, and without them ‘a healthy body’ cannot function.
  • The EQ Team Synergy workshop, bringing leaders and all team members together, is likened to an integrated ‘healthy functioning body’

EQ assessments:

  • At different stages in the 12 month EQ Accelerator program we use the EQi-2.0 Leadership, Workplace and Team EQ reports.
  • Each team member completes an EQ assessment with insights and actions for development.
  • These assessment tools focus on the impact of emotional intelligence at work and offer awareness and suggestions for working more effectively in one’s role with team members, managers, and patients.

Action planning system and webinars:

  •  All team members have access to an action planning system.
  • Designated live webinars for leaders and teams.

Personalised coaching:

  • Our coaching service is designed to be used in conjunction with the EQ-i 2.0 reports and debrief sessions. Coaching also further supports workshop insights, goal setting, and accountability that leads to meaningful results and change.
  • Monthly leader and quarterly team coaching sessions are delivered either by phone or virtually.

Attendee note: The first of the two workshops, EQ Leader Essentials is for owners and others in leadership roles. The second workshop, EQ Team Synergy requires the whole team to participate and attend.

EQ Leader Essentials​

Workshop description:

  • The first of two workshops in the EQLevels Accelerator Program. the EQ Leader Essentials workshop is a full day interactive experience designed for business owners and managers in leadership positions. It provides the insights, tools and actions to boost assertive and effective  communication. 
  • Designed at the beginning of the EQ Levels Accelerator Program to ensure key messages and behaviours are driving and leading individuals effectively in the workplace.

EQ Individual Impact

Material description:

  • Following on from EQ Leaders Essentials workshop, EQ Individual Impact utilises the Workplace EQi 2.0 assessment. An EQ report and coaching session provides the opportunity for personalised insight and action.
  • While a dental team member’s IQ, subject matter expertise and skills are usually seen as the driving factor of success, their ability to communicate, effectively give and receive feedback, stay motivated and on task, collaborate, and manage stress is also critically important.

EQ Team Synergy

Workshop description:

  •  The second of the two workshops in the EQlevels Accelerator Program, the EQ Team Synergy workshop focuses on collective emotional intelligence.
  • While a dental team’s collective IQ, subject matter expertise and skills are usually seen as the driving factor of success, their ability to communicate, provide feedback, stay motivated and on task, collaborate, problem solve and manage stress is also critically important.
  • A high level of group emotional intelligence enhances a team’s ability to interact effectively with each other, be attuned to and respond appropriately to individual and group needs.
