Description

As an integral part of the EQLevels Accelerator Program, our coaching service is designed to be used in conjunction with the EQ-i 2.0 reports and debrief sessions. Coaching also further supports workshop insights, goal setting, and accountability that leads to meaningful results and change.
Coaching hours are also used for mini, half day, or full day bespoke in-practice or virtual team workshops.
Coaching sessions are delivered either by phone or online virtually.
Coaching conforms with The ICF Code of Ethics: core values, ethical principles and ethical standards of behaviour for all ICF Professionals.
Depending on the coaching and training requirements (number of team members and frequency of sessions), 6, 12, 18 and 24 coaching session packs are available.
